What are the delivery times?
Our orders are carefully prepared within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery usually takes between 6 and 10 business days depending on your place of residence. A tracking number will be sent to you upon shipment.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can also track your package from the Track Your Order page.
Can I return a product?
Yes. You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return, in accordance with our refund policy.

Are the products suitable for sensitive skin?
Most of our products are suitable for sensitive skin. However, we recommend consulting the usage tips on each product page and performing a patch test on a small area in case of very reactive skin.
